Welcome to our Psychological Questionnaire and Quiz section!

This section was created for the needs of Psychological Centre in Dublin.

Main aims of this section:

• PPD’s scientific researches (mainly factories connected with emigration)
• Own researches of individual staff of the PPD
• Creating questionnaires and quizzes: popularizing, information and light
• Anonymous, individual questionnaires- which include set of questions about functioning of PPD

All questionnaires placed in this section include information note about research and note about protection of personal details.
Please take into consideration that every questionnaire can be completed only one time and from one computer.

When the questionnaire is anonymous.
The questionnaire which you completed doesn’t include data which could identify you unless a special question in this questionnaire asked about it.

When the questionnaire is directed to a special group.
If you answered on questionnaire by using individual access code, you can be sure that this code is not identified with your answers. This access code is kept in separate database and it will be only used to check whether you completed or not this questionnaire. There is no possibility to associate your access code to this questionnaire with your answers.
